RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Yes, we offer the possibility to return a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been used.

How can I make a return?

To start the return procedure, please fill in the form available in your personal area.

Is the return process free of charge?

Once the return procedure has been initiated and the status of the product has been verified, we will proceed with the relevant refund. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been received and the product verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Once confirmed, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. It is still possible to request a return by filling out the return form in your personal area. The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

SHIPPING

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We offer express shipping via UPS.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are as follows:

Italy – 2/3 working days – €5.00

Europe – 1/2 working weeks – €15.00

Rest of the world – Variable time – €25.00

How long does the shipment take?

Express shipments, within Italy, generally take 2-3 working days. Further shipping details can be found in the section “to which countries do you ship”.

Is the shipment traceable?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery.

We currently accept payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards.

Originality of the product

is my product original?

Every Antoniazzi belt is handcrafted. Any slight differences between similar products are to be considered a distinguishing feature and a sign of the handmade quality. Such differences in no way compromise the originality of the product.

What to do if you are not satisfied with the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate the return procedure by filling out the appropriate form available in your private area provided it is in tact and not in use. Our team will evaluate the request and, if approved, we will proceed with the replacement of the product. We remind you that the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
